Apr\u00e8s de nombreuses discussions avec les salari\u00e9.e.s, la section UNSA du si\u00e8ge a r\u00e9dig\u00e9 sa plateforme de\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"caret-color: #000000; font-weight: 600;\">revendications<\/span><b>\u00a0pour les NAO 2019 autour de 27 sujets r\u00e9partis en 4 th\u00e8mes.<\/b><\/span><em style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #a4107f;\"><strong>R\u00c9MUN\u00c9RATIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Afin de r\u00e9duire concr\u00e8tement les \u00e9carts de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration dans l\u2019entreprise et <strong>dans chaque cat\u00e9gorie d\u2019emploi\u00a0<\/strong>(dus notamment \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration des salari\u00e9s ex-Darty SNX), l\u2019UNSA demande la mise en place de plusieurs mesures automatiques\u00a0:<\/em><\/span><\/p><ol><li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Par cat\u00e9gories d\u2019emploi<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour les salari\u00e9s se trouvant dans le <span style=\"color: #10afda;\"><strong>premier d\u00e9cile\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>: augmentation automatique de <span style=\"color: #10afda;\"><strong>5<\/strong><strong>%<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour les salari\u00e9s se trouvant dans le <span style=\"color: #10afda;\"><strong>deuxi\u00e8me d\u00e9cile\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>: augmentation automatique de <span style=\"color: #10afda;\"><strong>3%<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Par anciennet\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente augmentation<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #10afda;\"><strong>2% <\/strong><\/span>de la masse salariale consacr\u00e9e aux augmentations individuelles avec <span style=\"color: #10afda;\"><strong>priorit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique aux salari\u00e9s non augment\u00e9s depuis le plus longtemps<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">R\u00e9\u00e9valuation du salaire minimum d\u2019embauche<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #10afda;\"><strong>1900 euros brut <\/strong><\/span>(actuellement le SMIC brut base 35h est de 1521,22 euros brut)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Revalorisation des minima de grilles<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #10afda;\"><strong>3% <\/strong><\/span>sur l\u2019ensemble des niveaux<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable pour tous les salari\u00e9s<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #10afda;\">G\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>d\u2019une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable <strong><span style=\"color: #10afda;\">pour tous les collaborateurs<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>de 10% minimum.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #10afda;\"><strong>D\u00e9plafonnement <\/strong><\/span>et possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9tribution de la surperformance<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"6\"><li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mode de calcul de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">la formule de calcul du variable doit \u00eatre <strong><span style=\"color: #10afda;\">communiqu\u00e9e aux salari\u00e9s<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>via un document consultable dans l\u2019Intr@Fnac avant la p\u00e9riode de l\u2019Entretien Annuel d\u2019\u00c9valuation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"7\"><li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">D\u00e9finition des objectifs<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La Direction de FDPS doit <span style=\"color: #10afda;\"><strong>s\u2019engager par \u00e9crit\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>\u00e0 ce que tous les Managers communiquent leurs objectifs aux salari\u00e9s <span style=\"color: #10afda;\"><strong>avant la fin du mois de mars de chaque ann\u00e9e<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"8\"><li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Suivi de l\u2019atteinte des objectifs<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mise en place d\u2019un <strong><span style=\"color: #10afda;\">entretien \u00e0 mi-ann\u00e9e<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>par le manager afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019atteinte des objectifs ; Ce dispositif viendra remplacer le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 kilom\u00e9trique v\u00e9lo (IKV) en le simplifiant. [\u2026]\u00a0Tous les employeurs priv\u00e9s et publics pourront contribuer au frais de d\u00e9placement domicile\/travail \u00e0 v\u00e9lo de leurs salari\u00e9s. Le versement re\u00e7u pourra \u00eatre <strong><span style=\"color: #10afda;\">d\u00e9duit des revenus imposables<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>dans la limite de <strong><span style=\"color: #10afda;\">400 handicap\u00e9 avec possibilit\u00e9 de fractionnement par demi-journ\u00e9e.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"color: #a4107f;\"><em>Actuellement, cette mesure est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 5 jours<\/em><\/span><\/p><ol start=\"20\"><li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"color: 17h<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"21\"><li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Temps de travail des personnels apprenants<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cr\u00e9ation et remise aux <span style=\"color: #10afda;\"><strong>managers<\/strong>, <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #10afda;\">stagiaires, alternants et apprentis<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>d\u2019un <strong><span style=\"color: #10afda;\">document rappelant les droits et les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>de leur pr\u00e9sence dans l\u2019entreprise (notamment en termes de respect des horaires hebdomadaires de travail)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"22\"><li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Compte \u00c9pargne Temps (CET)<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #10afda;\"><strong>Ouverture d\u2019une n\u00e9gociation <\/strong><\/span>sur la mise en place d\u2019un <span style=\"color: #10afda;\"><strong>Compte Epargne Temps <\/strong><\/span>(CET) permettant de convertir les jours de cong\u00e9 et de RTT. Ce CET permettra au salari\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9pargner des temps de repos (cong\u00e9s, jours de repos\u2026) et des sommes d\u2019argent (primes conventionnelles, primes d\u2019int\u00e9ressement\u2026) pour une utilisation ult\u00e9rieure.
